At STEM Outlet we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you can find all the details about our delivery conditions.
Free delivery: For all orders with a value of over 50 €, delivery is completely free.
Standard delivery:For orders with a value of less than 50 €, delivery costs are 7€(fixed fee).
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier service within 1 to 2 business days after conclusion of the contract.
The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order confirmation within Germany.
Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Bavaria/Germany).
Every shipment is insured and comes with a tracking number.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link where you can track the status of your shipment in real time.
We work with trusted partners (DHL / UPS / Hermes) to ensure the highest level of service and careful handling of your packages.
If the goods have been delivered with obvious damage during transport, please report such damage to the carrier immediately, if possible, and contact us (info@stemoutlet.de). Failure to report the damage or failure to contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their exercise, in particular your warranty rights. However, your cooperation helps us to exercise our own claims against the carrier.
